Terms and Conditions of Use and legal notices
Before using the services offered on the Site, the User agrees to accept these Terms and Conditions of Use, and declares he or she has read these conditions in their entirety.

They may not be reproduced, used or represented, in whole or in part, without written authorization from FLEXWEB under penalty of legal proceedings. In accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, only private use is authorized.
The corporate names, namely the trademarks and distinctive signs reproduced on the Site, are protected by trademark law. The reproduction of all or part of these elements is strictly forbidden.
Eva Delattre and Mary Cole are a protected trademark. The texts presented on the Site and by e-mail to the Users who have made the request are the exclusive property of the Publisher.
3- Service Overview
3.1- Purpose of the services
The Site includes a range of remote services related to the divinatory arts, including astrology, tarology and numerology. The Site offers visitors the opportunity to consult their horoscope, discover their astrological sign, generate their natal chart, draw tarot cards, generate their numerological theme, and access numerous tools and information related to these different themes.
The content provided by the Publisher on the Site or sent by e-mail at the User's request is of a purely artistic, recreational and fun nature.
3.2- Use of services
In order to derive the optimum benefit from the services offered by the Site the User undertakes to communicate only accurate, current and complete information of which he or she guarantees the accuracy, sincerity, and reliability.

In order to access the free services offered by the Site, the User must communicate his or her name, gender and e-mail address. He or she may also specify a question in order to receive information related to the chosen theme.
The User agrees to maintain the discretion and confidentiality of the information sent to him or her, regardless of its degree of truth, and not spread alarmist information or rumors that could harm others.
The services offered through the Site by the Publisher are open and accessible from any country in the world whose legislation does not prohibit the activity of the Site. By default, it is the User's responsibility to cease access to the Site from any such territory.
3.3- Interpretations of the draws
In order to humanize the interpretation of the draws and improve the User experience, the Publisher will choose to present the content of the draws using a pseudonym: Eva Delattre, Mary Cole or other names.
The texts in the interpretations of the draws are produced by the Publisher who holds full ownership thereof. Their character is purely artistic, recreational and fun. Their purpose is to present a tarot reading, and/or a commercial offer, and to allow Users to contact a partner clairvoyance firm.
The User expressly declares having understood that Eva Delattre and Mary Cole are a pseudonym used to present the texts produced by the Publisher.
3.4- Limitation of liability
The Publisher is in no way responsible for the commercial practices implemented by other websites or other companies which are promoted on the Site, and to which Users have access through hypertext links, logos, images, buttons, phone numbers, etc. It is up to the User to refer to the Terms and Conditions of Use of said sites or companies before contracting their Services.
The User is expressly informed that Eva Delattre and Mary Cole are a pseudonym representing a computer program intended to present the content of the Publisher, the interpretations of the draws and the commercial offers made to Users. Eva Delattre is a trademark registered with the INPI.
The User is expressly informed that astrology, horoscopes, numerology, clairvoyance or card draws do not constitute an exact science. The interpretations and answers given to him or her through the card draws made on the Site, or the exchanges they may have with a Psychic are of an indicative nature only.
The Publisher, the Psychics and the tarologists can in no way guarantee the veracity of a result or the accuracy of the predictions given. The interpretations and answers provided by the Site should in no way substitute for personal or professional decision-making.
The content provided by the Publisher is purely for artistic, recreational and fun purposes. In no case is the content produced by the Publisher intended to influence the behavior or opinion of the Users. 3.5- Paid-for services and telephone consultations
The Publisher presents the commercial offers of its partner clairvoyance firms, in particular paid-for psychic consultations by telephone, to allow its Users to contact a Psychic in order to carry out a consultation.
It is the User's responsibility to obtain all the necessary information on these partner clairvoyance firms before using their services and having a paid-for psychic consultation.

3.6- Personalization of content
The content offered on the Site is written by the Publisher and is the exclusive property of the latter. It is generated and personalized using a computer program based on the User's first name, gender and the question he or she chooses.
The User is expressly informed that the Site cannot provide an individualized service to each person who requests it.
4- E-mails: sending of newsletters and e-mail subscriptions
4.1- Purpose of the service
On the Site the Publisher offers a free tarot reading service by e-mail. This is available free of charge to Users who request it.
The content sent by e-mail to the Users who request it consists of card draws accompanied by a standard and pooled interpretation on pre-developed themes. The User is well aware that the Site cannot provide an individualized service to each person who requests it. The information contained in the electronic messages is of a purely recreational, fun and artistic character and must only be viewed as such. The content of the Electronic Mail may also cover astrology, with the sending of horoscopes or any other information generally related to divinatory arts.
4.2- Registration for service
To receive e-mails from the Publisher, the User must make a request on the Site and expressly give his or her consent to the Publisher. For this, he or she will have to agree to receive clairvoyance e-mails and commercial offers from the Publisher, and will be asked to enter the following personal information:

- Gender
- Relationship status
- His or her problem

The User will then be subscribed to a mailing list allowing him or her to receive personalized e-mails on the theme of the tarot and the divinatory arts. These may be accompanied by a commercial offer promoting a partner clairvoyance firm. The User may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each e-mail.
4.3- Content of e-mails
In order to humanize its e-mails and improve the User experience, the Publisher will choose to assign a Psychic to each User who will have the role of presenting the message sent. This Psychic will be the sender and the signatory of the e-mails sent.
The User expressly declares that he/she is aware that the Psychic is not the writer of the messages sent.
The texts in the e-mails are produced by the Publisher and are written by a tarologist for advertising purposes. Their character is purely artistic, recreational and fun. Their purpose is to present a tarot reading, a horoscope, and/or a commercial offer, and to allow Users to contact a partner clairvoyance firm.
4.4- List of PSYCHICS
The Psychics participating in the presentation of e-mails sent to Users who request them are: Eva Delattre, Becky, Britney, Cassidy, Colombia, Debbie, Ellen, Eva D, Karl, Mila.
Psychics are used to present messages sent by e-mail and to promote the commercial offers of the partner clairvoyance firm, Telemac Inc, 175 SW 7th street, Miami, FL 33130.
4.5- E-mail frequency
The Publisher regularly offers new emails to its Users and undertakes not to send more than 5 e-mails per week.
The User can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each e-mail.
4.6- Unsubscription and deletion of personal data
The User may at any time and for any reason whatsoever unsubscribe from the mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each e-mail.
When the User requests it, he or she is immediately removed from said list and will no longer receive any messages from the Publisher.
The User can also request the complete deletion of his or her personal data by sending an e-mail to the following address: [email protected]
4.7- Limitation of liability

4.9 Personalization of content
The content is written by the Publisher and sent electronically by a computer program that personalizes each e-mail according to:
- User's first name
- User's gender
- User's question
The Psychic is not the author of the tarot readings sent. The Psychic's role is to humanize, present the content written by the Publisher, and promote a paid-for clairvoyance consultation service by telephone.
The User is expressly informed that the Site cannot provide an individualized service to each person who requests it.
4.10 Availability of PSYCHICS
If the User wishes to contact a Psychic by telephone, the availability of this Psychic cannot be guaranteed by the Publisher or by Telemac Inc.
If the requested Psychic is not available for any reason (already in consultation, outside their working hours, no longer works for Telemac INC), another Psychic will be offered to the User who will have the choice of accepting or refusing the consultation.
5- Indicative nature of the divinatory arts
The User is expressly informed that astrology, horoscopes, numerology, clairvoyance and card draws are not an exact science. The interpretations and answers given to him or her through the card draws made on the Site, or the exchanges they may have with a Psychic are of an indicative nature only. The same applies to card draws and information that is sent by e-mail to Users who have requested it.
The Publisher, the Psychics and the tarologists can in no way guarantee the veracity of a result or the accuracy of the predictions given. The interpretations and answers provided by the Site should in no way substitute for personal or professional decision-making.
In no case is the content produced by the Publisher intended to influence the behavior or opinion of the Users. It should in no way substitute for legal, medical, financial or psychological advice. The content is to be valued only for entertainment purposes.
6- Personal data management
The Site only collects information in connection with the use of these services, including the connection to the site via cookies. The User may be required to provide the Publisher with personal data in order to receive card draws by e-mail as well as offers of clairvoyance. In the event of a request to delete the data, the Publisher may nonetheless keep it in their archives for the time necessary to fulfill their legal obligations.
The processing of personal data provided by the User is carried out by FLEXWEB, which commits to a sufficient level of protection of the information provided to guarantee the respect of privacy and the fundamental rights and freedoms of people. The Publisher undertakes to take all the technical precautions necessary to preserve the security of the personal data of its Users, and in particular to prevent it being communicated to unauthorized third parties.
7- Governing law
These terms and conditions of use are governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with French law. In case of dispute of these terms and conditions of use, the only authentic language of interpretation is the French language.
The client can, at any time, consult his or her rights at the following addresses: www.legifrance.fr - www.cnil.fr.
Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, performance or non-performance of these terms and conditions governing the relationship between the parties will be submitted to the court of the place where the Publisher's registered office is located (the Tribunal de Grande Instance in Paris).
8- Legal modifications of the terms and conditions of use
The Publisher may modify the terms and conditions of use of the Site at any time. They are applicable to any visitor to the site who is deemed to accept them without reservation when he or she uses the services provided by the site.
9- External services
The clairvoyance consultation services by telephone, chat or text message which are presented on the Site as well as in the e-mails sent to Users who have requested them are not operated by Flexweb but by partner clairvoyance firms.
The Publisher is in no way responsible for the commercial practices of these other Companies. It is the User's responsibility to refer to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the said Companies before contracting their Services.
